We worked with Daphne whom we met at a vendor fair and decided in five seconds that we would call. She came to our home with lots of contemporary fabric selections and design options about a week later. She walked through our home and made suggestions and we were able to decide what we wanted in about an hour and a half. A quote arrived by email within days and we signed the contract and paid 50% down. This process went very well as Daphne was extremely efficient and friendly. Installation was about one month later and we were extremely pleased with everything!!It was like our home was finally complete. We found one thing which we needed fixed and communicated it to Daphne the next day, and not surprisingly, in no time at all she took care of it. We highly recommend Cover Gals!!! In addition to making excellent window treatments (cornices in our case), Daphne was knowledgeable in other areas. She recommended a contractor to enclose our patio and we chose them as well.

The thorough and kind interest, concerns and service provided by this company (Virginia and Daphne) are exceptional! They provided exactly what I asked for and were wonderfully "hands on" with communications and follow-up. The quality and the beauty of my roller shades are "magnificent; top notch!" I love that my shades are motorized, have "rechargeable batteries," and also that with the telephone app I can run them from anywhere. Simple! I was very happy with their pricing, too. Their installer, Mario, was absolutely kind, friendly and did a wonderful and thorough job. I couldn't be happier with the company and I enjoy my motorized shades every day! Thank you Cover Gals!

Super easy to work with. Very helpful in selecting the style that was best for my porch. I get full sun in the morning, the blinds lowered the inside temperature 15-20 degrees in these 100 degrees days. 1st class instillation, explained how they would work and followed up to see if everything b was working ok. Highly recommend Covergals!!

Virginia responded quickly to our request for information about some shades for our remodeled sunroom. She came to the house, explained the process, and discussed options that fit our needs and budget. She is excellent at communication, keeping us informed about the delivery of the blinds and the schedule for the install. Her installer Mario is one of the best! The room turned out absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the quality. This is one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend Cover Gals Blinds and Drapes. Virginia and Daphne are professional, on time and really take the time to listen and help you pick out the product and color that fits best in your home. I had 3 estimates and they came in with the best price. We just love our Bliss Automation Roller Shades in our new Sunroom! But even if they had tied, what stands out is that they really care about how my shades were going to look with my floor color and my furniture in my new sunroom. Thank you ladies so much!

The whole experience with Cover Gal’s Blinds & Drapes was stellar. Co-owners Daphne and Virginia were professional and so helpful with the color level of blinds for our sunroom. Plus, they answered my questions promptly when I had questions talking to another company. Finally, I was so impressed that they came when the installer hung the blinds making sure everything was as planned.
